Understand all local safety and health requirements (OSH, Fire Code, COSH, etc)
- Maintain ESH metrics and KPIs and analytics on aperiodic basis and identify opportunities to further improve safety and health on the higher level.
- Maintain and monitor ESH reports
- Work with HR to define, implement and facilitate the process for assessing occupational health management system and participate in developing ESH programs as relevant to the statutory requirement.
- Must Able to do HIRAC and JHA.
- Enforce adherence to policies, laws and regulations governing the health and safety of employees.
- Review, evaluate, and analyze work environments and programs & procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury caused by chemical, physical, and biological agents or ergonomic factors.
Acts in advisory capacity on safety and health matters for the guidance of all employees.
Conducts health and safety training programs, health and safety inspections, gather data in cases of incidents / accidents together with other members of OSH Committee.Maintains an efficient accident record system and coordinates actions taken to eliminate accident causes.Provide assistance to government agencies in the conduct of safety and health inspection, accident investigation or any other related programs.Maintains Confidentiality of sensitive documents.Job Qualifications
