Job SummaryAssumes the position of absentee Business Center personnel.

Ensures strict implementation and consistent compliance with the policies and procedures of the Bank, BSP / AMLA regulations, and other external regulatory rules.

Supports the business objectives through excellent customer service delivery and other service-related initiatives geared towards total customer satisfaction.Willing to be assigned to the following location : Morong.How will you contribute?Assumes the roles of Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate (SA), and Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller) in their absence.Assists in performing compliance reviews on a case-by-case basis as assigned by the Regional Service Head.Performs ad hoc tasks such as special investigations / reviews, reconciliation of unbalanced accounts, ATM duties, etc., as assigned by the District Service Head.Ensures that Business Center transactions are processed within the set limits, approvals, and authorities as prescribed by bank policies, the Operations Manual, and other regulatory bodies.What will make you successful?Someone who can work efficiently and effectively in a banking and sales environment, confident in their capacity to handle clients professionally.At least a 4-year degree in business or any service industry-oriented course.Extensive knowledge of bank policies and procedures for branch operations.An advantage if with sales or marketing experience in a bank.Willing to be assigned to different branches within the area of assignment.
