Job Summary
- Performs evaluation and investigation of product complaints, prepares and coordinates all internal and external audits, evaluates audit findings, prepares audit reports.
- Facilitates CAPA on findings / observations and monitors internal / external CAPA of audit findings.
- Responsible in monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of pharmaceutical products in the market including any adverse effects or side effects that can be attributed to the product.
