Job description

As part of our growth, your tasks will be to

Support ideation, develop communication strategy, content and implementation of campaigns / promotion for XSell, usage, and retention to drive sales and portfolio growth - retention and engagement

Identify and recommend new ways to expand and reach our target audiences, helping drive brand awareness, and increase customer engagement

Collaborate and partner with various business units within Home Credit (such as Customer Value Management, Marketing Communication, Sales, Risk, Finance, and Operations) to ensure positive business results

You know you are the perfect fit, if you have the following

College Degree

Background with Financial services - Personal Cash loan, Credit card, Revolving product is a plus

Good experience in creating Marketing communications, Campaign management, CRM and customer lifecycle

Proactive, Organized, Collaborative, Eloquent

Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City, hybrid work set-up
