Financial Reporting and Analysis : Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets related to property management operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Accounts Payable and Receivable : Manage the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts for property-related expenses, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
Tenant Billing and Lease Management : Oversee tenant billing, ensuring rent and other fees are billed correctly, and assist in lease management to ensure accurate financial tracking.
Cash Flow Management : Monitor and manage cash flow for properties, ensuring that funds are available for operating expenses and that the cash position is consistently optimized.
Property Tax and Compliance : Prepare and submit property tax filings, ensure compliance with relevant accounting regulations, and assist in the preparation for property audits. Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in finance or accounting, ideally within property management or real estate sectors.
Strong knowledge of accounting software is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
