Job descriptionClean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, utensils, and dishes according to hygiene and sanitation standards.Sort and organize cleaned items and return them to their proper storage locations.Assist with inventory management by organizing and storing kitchen supplies, ingredients, and equipment.Empty trash bins, dispose of waste, clean grease trap and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.Assist kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.Transport food items, supplies, and equipment between kitchen and storage areas.Follow instructions from chefs and cooks to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.Report any maintenance issues or malfunctions with kitchen equipment to appropriate personnel.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in kitchen and dining areas to create a safe and hygienic environment.
