Repairman,Machine I

The Machine Repairman is expected to understand the business objectives, follow standard work instructions, to find and fix problems, continuously seek improvements on various processes and standards; and utilize a wide variety of manufacturing tools (i.e., 5S, Lean concept, Visual management, 6 sigma and other improvement tools applicable).

Under the guidance of the Machine Repair group lead, the Machine Repairman will perform Corrective Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Engineering Analysis, Project Management and Parts sourcing.

This role will require someone who has a great focus on quality and can demonstrate a Zero-Defect Mindset where he / she will commit to do things right the first time, every time; creating a work environment where nearly right and good enough are not acceptable.

• Minimum Requirements
• Education
• Completed at least three (3) years in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; or
• Completed a two-year Technical course in Mechanical or Mechatronics Technology
• Experience

At least two (2) years direct experience in : machine controls repair and maintenance of CNC machines and other related mechanical / electrical equipment.
