In your new role you will :

Manage manufacturing and / or production operations , including assembly , machinery , processing , and / or packaging
Set production schedules based on product introduction , equipment efficiency , materials supply , staffing resources , and volume required to meet demand
Ensure maximum production quantity and quality by optimizing production processes and resources
Coordinate with various departments, including engineering , quality , and logistics , to ensure smooth production operations
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency , reduce costs , and enhance product quality
Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and implement changes
Develop and manage budgets , forecasts , and reports to ensure production operations are within budget and meet business objectives
Ensure compliance with company policies , procedures , and regulatory requirements
Lead and manage a team of production staff , providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure their success

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have :

Graduate of Engineering or any business-related course (, Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering , Business Administration )

Minimum 5 years of planning , coordination , and scheduling production experience in a manufacturing environment , preferably in the semiconductor industry

Effective writing and communication skills , with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization

Proficient in Microsoft Office Software , with good knowledge of logistics , business process , and relevant IT tools (, SAP , Workstream )

Customer-oriented , with a good understanding of Supply Chain process , inventory control , and management

Good level of pro-activeness , with the ability to handle subordinate to management discussions

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions

Excellent leadership and team management skills , with the ability to motivate and develop a team of production staff
