The Reservations Supervisor is accountable in handling local and overseas individual room booking within assigned shift, update daily reservation situation, and contribute to overall efficiency of the section. The candidate will also be reporting to the Reservations Manager and working hand-in-hand with the Reservations Sales Agents.
A good candidate should have at least 2 years of work experience in the same capacity and a graduate of hospitality, tourism or business management. He / she should be knowledgeable in the Opera System, excellent in oral and written communication skills, attentive to details, pleasant, highly organized, result-oriented, patient and a good team player.
The Reservations Supervisor should accurately note booking requirements, amendments and / or cancellations. He / she will also process special rates, handle group bookings, deal with deposits and vouchers, and perform other relevant duties as assigned.
