HR RECRUITMENT LEAD TO WORK IN PARANAQUE

Qualifcations :

• College bachelor's degree (any field or related / equivalent experience)
• Psychology, HR Management or Business Administration with an HR emphasis is a good edge
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as a recruiter / talent acquisition lead role
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience
• Work experience in the freight forwarding / shipping line industry is an advantage
• Work experience in the shared service center / BPO / back-office industry is an advantage
