Job description

A graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related courses

  • 2 years previous IT Service Desk and / or technical support experience preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good computer troubleshooting skills
  • Willing to work during holidays and weekends, and shifting schedule
  • Computer literate especially on Microsoft office
  • Can perform technical phone support (1st level support)
  • knowledgeable in
  • Service Call Monitoring and Updating.

Must have the ability to record all activities taking place in a project or in a Service call on time and detailed

  • oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
  • Great Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide services including the ability to extract and provide reports on the given deadline
