A graduate of BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related courses
- 2 years previous IT Service Desk and / or technical support experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good computer troubleshooting skills
- Willing to work during holidays and weekends, and shifting schedule
- Computer literate especially on Microsoft office
- Can perform technical phone support (1st level support)
