Job Summary
The Business Partner is a trusted partner for our Business Units globally and a strategic ally to our Digital Product teams. More than
just a bridge between Product teams and Business Units, they leverage their deep understanding of client contexts and needs to inform
strategic decisions within Digital, ensuring client satisfaction remains at the forefront of our ambitions. They drive product adoption
and ensure our customers get maximum value from our products.
Accountabilities
- Actively engaging Business Units globally : promoting and driving adoption of our digital products
worldwide by engaging with Business Units and ensuring their understanding of the value proposition
of our products
Understanding Business Unit local contexts and being able to anticipate and identify blockers toproduct adoption early, articulate those challenges and risks to the Product teams and collaborate with
Product teams to develop effective workarounds
Scale and rollout products : lead the scaling of our products and support with their global rollout,ensuring consistency and quality across all Business Units
Drive product success : create customer-centric demos and deliver engaging training to Business Unitteams, ensuring they get maximum value from our product and benefit from excellent outcomes
Sharing best practice : coach Business Units by sharing best practices that improve productperformance.
Understanding the Business Unit strategy, advocating for Business Unit needs and effectivelyinfluencing strategic decision-making within Digital Product to ensure customers stay at the heart of
our ambitions.
Serve as the Subject-Matter-Expert on RX Platforms, cultivating awareness of the digital products andaccompanying developments
Gather and analyze data and create reports on usage, issues, and improvement opportunitiesProject Management : plan and track global product rollout, monitoring risks and reporting on progressJob Specifications Proficiency Level

Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel and ability to read and interpret a PowerBI reportUnderstanding the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond is a key competency for PS Business PartnerTechnically proficient in various information technology domainsAdaptability & Flexibility in roles, involves being able to change or adjust approaches based on job requirements.Experience required :
Must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College degree, any fieldMust have at least 1 year of working experience in account & project managementMust have experience working with North Star Metrics, KPIs or SMART goalsExperience creating and delivering engaging, customer-centric product demos : presenting products in terms of valueproposition, what outcomes can be driven from features, and using the right language to elicit interest
Preferred :
Experience working with a multi-cultural organization across time zone and country boundariesExperience working in the IT / technology sector preferredExperience working with in-house developed digital products highly desirable, understanding the context and challengesposed by in-house developed digital products
Experience managing digital projectsOther Qualifications / Requirements :
Preferably from Tech Companies, Venture Capitals and Start ups
