The ideal candidate will have a strong technical accounting background, deep understanding of SOX compliance, and experience operating within a publicly traded company.

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, maintaining a robust internal control environment, and supporting the company's SEC reporting requirements.Key Responsibilities : Financial Reporting & Accounting Oversighto Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements inaccordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.o Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.o Ensure compliance with all financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.SOX Complianceo Own and maintain internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) toensure full compliance with SOX Section 404.o Lead the documentation, testing, and remediation of internal controls incoordination with internal and external audit teams.o Monitor control effectiveness and provide guidance to process owners onSOX compliance best practices.Team Leadership & Developmento Manage and develop a high-performing accounting team, includinggeneral ledger, AP / AR, payroll, and technical accounting functions.o Promote continuous improvement in accounting processes and systems todrive efficiency and scalability.Audit & External Reportingo Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors for the annual audit andquarterly reviews.o Support the preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.

o Coordinate responses to audit requests and ensure timely resolution ofaudit issues.Process Improvement & Systemso Drive automation and system enhancements to streamline accountingprocesses and ensure data integrity.o Partner with IT and Finance teams to maintain and improve ERP systemsand reporting tools.Strategic Supporto Provide technical accounting guidance for complex transactions, such asrevenue recognition, equity compensation, and acquisitions.o Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and other departments tosupport business initiatives and strategic planning.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master's degree or MBApreferred.CPA required.10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a publiccompany environment.Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX 404 compliance.Experience managing accounting operations in a fast-paced and complexorganization.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.Experience with Workiva, BlackLine, or other close management / reporting tools is a plus.Preferred Qualifications : Experience in a Big 4 accounting firm or a combination of public accounting andindustry experience.Familiarity with data analytics or process automation tools.Working ConditionsHybrid or remote flexibility depending on candidate location and company policy.
