Qualities Schemes, Safety and other related company policies being implementedWhat we're looking forBachelor of Science Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, and Chemical Engineering and other allied fieldsKnowledge of Food Science and Technology, including Food Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, and relevant analytical techniques.Preferably has experience in implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Food Safety programs in a food plant environment.Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing within a manufacturing environment.Preferably has experience in canning and meat processing operations.Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance within food manufacturing.Completed training in GMP, Food Safety, and HACCP.Ability to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, with flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays based on business needs.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.Strong critical thinking skills.
