Quezon City, Philippines | Posted on 05 / 07 / 2025Industry : Technical Solutions & IT ServicesCity : Quezon CityState / Province : National Capital Region (Manila)Country : PhilippinesJob DescriptionDesign Project ScopingGather client requirements and translate them into comprehensive UI / UX proposals.Create initial wireframes / draft mockups and collaborate with key stakeholders to finalize designs.Develop UI / UX prototypes, implement responsive design logic, ensure complete and usable UI / UX flow, and coordinate with the technical team.Lead Resource for UI / UX RequirementsUnderstand and interpret client brand guidelines, translating them into UI / UX standards.Establish design guidelines for projects to be shared with developers and creatives.Coordinate with the Product Owner during the creative / design approval process.Collaborate with the Creative team for mockup creation.Work with the Development Team for design inquiries and clarifications.Update the Knowledge Base System with design guidelines and client assets.Perform front-end QA to ensure design guidelines are met and deliver designs on time to prevent project delays.Design InsightsCollaborate with the accounts team for pitches and new requirements.Analyze data-driven trends and identify key consumer insights to inform design strategies.Continuously update knowledge on new design standards and technologies, especially in web and mobile app design.Team CollaborationSupport and guide teammates on design trends and limitations through workshops and guidance.Assist in creating and improving deck templates for presentations.Act as a consultant for non-developer UI / UX requirements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Management, or related fields.At least 1 year of experience as a front-end developer or UI / UX designer.Proficiency in Adobe XD and Figma; experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine solutions.Strong technical, analytical, and conceptual skills.Experience in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.Proven track record of following through on commitments.Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.History of leading and supporting successful projects.Willingness to work on-site if required, with flexibility to work remotely otherwise.Digital Work EnvironmentDigital industry is constantly evolving.
