Required Experience : -Bachelors degree holder -Language : Japanese (At least N2 level. JLPT Certificate is highly preferred) and English (Business Level) -With at least 1 year of experience as an Interpreter / Translator -Willing to do admin tasks -Preferably with Admin experience. -With experience working in a Manufacturing industry is highly preferred. Responsibilities : AS INTERPRETER
- Translating documents, emails, reports, and other written materials from Japanese to English and vice versa.
- Providing real-time interpretation services during meetings, conferences, and other business interactions.
- Assisting with communication between English speaking clients or partners and Tagalog or English-speaking colleagues. Cultural Understanding : Ensuring accurate communication by understanding cultural nuances and context in both Japanese and English.
- Maintaining records of translated materials and ensuring consistency and accuracy in translations.
- Production Control / Quality Control Japanese⇔English translation of other documents, procedures, etc.
- Assist Japanese expatriates in their work through interpretation and translation AS ADMIN
- Preparation and organization of various materials and documents.
- Taking meeting minutes and preparing detailed summaries.
- Handling phone calls and welcoming visitors.
- Managing and procuring office supplies.
- Assisting with administrative procedures, such as visa applications and AEP processing.
- Coordinating travel and schedules for Japanese expatriates.
- Organizing internal events and meetings.
- Preparing and managing external and internal events.
- Addressing company issues and handling requests from Japanese expatriates.
