- Collecting of survey forms from an incoming / outgoing patient / s.
- Receives complaints and opinions from clients and channel them accordingly.
- Explain hospital rules and regulations, services and facilities.
- Focus on resolving complains, issues as soon as possible.
- Deliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to 5eliver information and answer questions in a positive manner to facilitate strong relationship overall trends.
- Complete the documentation necessary to track provider's issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.
- Provides timely and accurate information pertaining to area within his / her scope, exhibiting pleasant disposition and positive attitude at all times.
- Endeavors to the best of his / her ability to create good rapport with stakeholders of the hospital.
- Serves as a dependable and reliable bridge of information between internal and external parties.
- Perform public announcement and call alert with a degree of professionalism.
- Acts as a front line for the hospital in the absence of those concerned.
- Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport and respond in customer properly.
- Carries out other related tasks that may be designated to or required of the job.
