1. Process Barges' License - Renewal of Cargo Ship Safety Certificate (Annual) - Renewal of Load Line Certificate (5 years exp.) with Annual Endorsement - Renewal of Certificate of Stability (5 years exp.) - Renewal of Coastwise License (Annual) - Renewal of Manning Certificate (Annual) - Renewal of Cargo Securing Manual Compliance Certificate (5 years exp.) with Annual Endorsement - Renewal of Certificate of Accreditation (3 years exp.) 2. Pick up and assist MARINA inspectors for every endorsement and renewal of license. 3. Process documents needed for dry-docking and arrange barges dry-docking schedules. 4. Process drydocking extension as per advice. 5. Monitoring all barge documents expiration date. Clerical Works Related to Marine Operation : 6. Process PR for lubes, fuel, fresh water and other requests related to marine operations. 7. Validation of lubes and fuel consumption and fuel inventory monitoring for chartered vessels after voyage. 8. Processing and validation of vessel liquidation expenses after voyage. Encoding of beer shipment details and SAP uploading for billing. Issuance and monitoring of materials requested by chartered vessels as required.
