A leading Offshore company based in PH and Australia is looking for a / an Social Media Marketing Officer to be part of their marketing team.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Help develop as well as implement and manage our social media and social selling strategies

Contribute to achieving social media KPIs and suggest optimizations

Manage and oversee social media content

Measure the success of every social media campaign

Work with colleagues and agencies to ensure content is appropriate and deliverables are met

PERSONAL SKILLS & QUALITIES

Good level of proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal

Excellent time management skills with a strong sense of urgency

High energy, team orientated

Precise, accurate, attention to detail a must

High learning aptitude with the ability to work unsupervised

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required

• Recent, demonstrable experience in the following are needed

Copywriting - considerable experience required

Audience and buyer persona research - some exposure is required

Reporting - some exposure is required

Social media and performance marketing metrics

Social media KPIs

Familiarity with web design and publishing is an advantage

Good understanding of the usage of Hubspot, Mailchimp, Zoominfo, Wordpress, or similar software is preferred
