JOB DESCRIPTIONOversee the overall quality of Branch's credit portfolioKnowledgeable and experience in preparing the folllowing reports : ICAAP, Market / Credit Liquidity Stress Testing, Basel IIIMonitor the risk assessment reportsIdentification of material credit risks within the portfolioAssist the business to continually improve their skills in effectively identifying, assessing and managing their individual borrowers' credit risks and the risks in the overall credit portfolioOversee the quality of credit proposalsContribute to credit risk discussionsEnsure that management are provided with timely and relevant information to the key credit risksEnsure that Credit Risk Management Framework and Policy, Credit Risk Appetite Statement and Credit Procedures are adequately maintainedMonitor credit risk related changes to local regulatory requirementsMonitor compliance with credit policies and proceduresReport any breach in credit risk and escalate when necessaryIdentity, document and communicate any changes in the credit portfolio risksRecommend actions to control or reduce credit risk to ensure credit quality portfolio is maintainedReview periodically the quality analysis of key credit risks and mitigating factors for credit exposuresGather credit risk related data from internal or external resources and recommend any applicable changes.JOB QUALIFICATIONComputer literateGood oral and written English skillsCollege / Bachelor's degree level in Finance / Accounting / Banking, preferably CPAWith a strong and sound understanding of analyzing credit risk of corporate borrowers ranging from small to medium enterprise to large corporations as well as Banks and Non-Bank financial institutionsStrong people management and communication skillsHardworking and flexible on the jobCan work under minimum supervisionWilling to work on longer hoursMust be willing to work in Makati CityACTIVE DATESUntil July 2020
