Job description

What success looks like in this role :

  • Manages the efforts of professional Major Incident Management team.
  • Ensures team members follow established procedures and deliver exceptional client service across all aspects of service delivery.
  • Engages with clients to exchange information, gather requirements and expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Acts as an escalation point for issues reported by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serves as a key point of contact for process related questions or issues.
  • Monitors team performance and outcomes, addressing and resolving competency and related issues.

You will be successful in this role if you have :

BA / BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

0-2 years’ leadership experience
