Job description

The HRBP Manager plays a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business goals in a dynamic power plant environment.

While serving as a generalist across core HR functions, the role will primarily focus on Organizational Development (OD), Employee Relations (ER), and Labor Relations (LR) to support a high-performing and compliant workforce.

The HRBP Manager will serve as a strategic advisor to leaders, promote a positive work culture, and ensure labor and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities : Organizational Development : Lead and implement OD initiatives that support change management, leadership development, and succession planning.Drive performance management and talent development programs tailored to technical and operational roles.Partner with department heads to assess organizational needs and recommend workforce solutions to improve plant efficiency and employee engagement.Employee & Labor Relations : Manage employee relations cases with fairness and consistency; handle grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions while minimizing risk.Monitor labor trends and proactively address potential issues before they escalate.HR Generalist Functions : Provide end-to-end support on employee lifecycle processes (recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, exit).Collaborate with corporate HR teams on policy implementation, compensation reviews, and HR reporting.Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and other relevant labor standards.Facilitate communication between plant management and employees, promoting a collaborative work environment.
