The Digital Distribution & Engagement Senior Specialist will provide support on incentive campaign strategy and operations, aide in agency communication including new product, trainings, events, and roadshows, as well as managing ad hoc projects that will help boost DC sales in Agency and Banca.

• Sales Management of DC Products for Agency and Banca
• Align with the manager and lead the strategic development and execution of incentive campaign strategy, approval and implementation.
• Align with the manager and spearhead the implementation of Tactical campaigns.
• Agency communication and new product and process trainings, events and roadshows
• Align with the manager and lead on Ad-hoc projects that will boost sales for DC Agency and DC Banca
