Job description

The IT Operations Associate will act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

  • Responsibilities
  • Address incident and service request tickets
  • Provide on call support
  • Maintain administrator level remote access on our supported servers
  • Automated monitoring of server availability, capacity and performance
  • Operating systems configuration changes
  • Implement change requests in the Unix environment
  • Administer and maintain clients' IT systems infrastructure, deal with servers, databases, network and Cloud
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of tools and service management procedures necessary to run IT operations
  • Support incident identification, prioritization, and resolution activities
  • Participate in automation and other continuous improvement initiatives
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related courses
  • Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Knowledgeable in Back Up and Recovery Management and Server Operating Systems
  • Knowledgeable in Network administration, operations & maintenance troubleshooting
  • Knowledgeable in Service Support, Service Delivery, IT Service Management, IT Operations
  • This position is in office-based work set-up with shifting schedules and will be doing end to end support with calls.
