JOB SUMMARY
Facilitate and administer the engagement activities, training and development, health, safety, and compliance initiatives of the department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
I. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
- Propose and present employee engagement activities to the HR Manager.
- Prepare and facilitate all approved engagement activities.
- Create and collate, through feedback form, all administered engagement activities.
- Attends and facilitates the company monthly mass.
- Prepare and coordinate the monthly HR newsletter content.
- Facilitate and lead company-wide events.
- Monitor and process newly hired kit, ID lace, ID case, and uniform.
II. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Profiling all employees for training needs analysis.Sourcing and identifying external training for qualified employees.Assist the HR Head in the facilitation and preparation of internal training.Assist in any OD related needs.Record in HRIS the employee’s training attended.III. HEALTH AND SAFETY
Attends to the monthly BP needs.Prepare and coordinate any APE related matters.Attends to any medical attention of an employee at work; includes monitoring of medicines and clinic items.Create and facilitate a quarterly health and safety pocket seminar for ERT members.Create and disseminate monthly health related tips.IV. INTERNAL COMPLIANCE
File the yearly DOLE compliance.Attends to the company shuttle service-related needs.Process and coordinate the yearly fire drill requirement.JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources Management, or Behavioral Science.With at least 6 months to 1 year work related experience in the same field.Has excellent oral and written communication skills.With exposure or interest in public speaking.Highly organized and can work with minimum supervision.Willing to be assigned in Bagong Ilog, Pasig City.
