Printer Technician

We are seeking a qualified and dependable Printer Technician to install, maintain, and repair printers and scanners on-site and off-site.

Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues, providing technical support, and ensuring optimal equipment performance.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• College Undergraduate or Graduate (Technical Certifications are a plus).
• Proven experience in printer troubleshooting.
• Knowledgeable in basic IT support (PC reformatting, software installation, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiar with remote support tools(e.g., Anydesk, TeamViewer).
• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills for hardware and software.
• Capable of maintaining accurate documentation.
• Excellent communication and service skills (onsite and remote).
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Aware of safety protocols and basic data privacy practices.
