Job description

The Learning Experiences Designer, reporting to the Creative Solutions Manager, is tasked with designing comprehensive learning programs that encompass new hire onboarding, cross-training, upskilling, and refresher training, as well as project-based learning and process improvement initiatives.

Position Responsibilities :

Design and develop comprehensive learning programs for new hire onboarding, cross-training, upskilling, refresher training, project-based learning, process improvement initiatives, leadership coaching, and soft skills development.

Create blended learning experiences, combining digital and instructor-led formats, tailored for customer experience (CX) staff and leaders across global locations, both onshore and offshore.

Collaborate with various teams, including Learning & Design, Salesforce, Data and Reporting, Voice of the Customer, and CX Customer Care, to enhance customer satisfaction and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Align learning solutions with the strategic pillars of Learning Delivery, Business Partner Relationship & Project Management, and Creative Solutions to support the transformation into an innovative and customer-focused learning organization.

Report to the Creative Solutions Manager to ensure that all learning initiatives are aligned with the broader customer experience strategy and organizational goals.

Required Qualifications :

Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and familiarity with Vyond for creating various types of learning content.

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including understanding SCORM, xAPI, or AICC standards, and the ability to upload, test, and track learning content effectively.

Ability to design blended learning experiences that include both digital and instructor-led training, with proficiency in MS Teams and knowledge of microlearning, mobile learning, and adaptive learning strategies.

Basic skills in graphic and multimedia design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and audio editing tools like MURF or Adobe Audition, along with a solid understanding of adult learning strategies, including the application of Andragogy principles.

Preferred Qualifications :

Strong  communication and relationship-building  skills across all organizational levels.

A  self-starter  with the energy to work independently and collaboratively in a  multi-site team .

Adaptable and able to  prioritize under pressure  in a fast-changing environment.

Brings  curiosity and creativity , always exploring new ideas and approaches.

Experience in the  financial services  industry.
