Job descriptionResponsibilities Assist with all facets of human resources Collect raw data requested by the Owner or Senior HR Manager Create reports from collected data Coordinate with different department managers and staff Organize record files Assist in trainings, audit, and enforcement of procedures Monitor and remind schedules and deadlines Assist in timely performance evaluation
Qualifications :
- Licensed Psychometrician is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Powerpoint and Excel
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be highly analytic
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Must be able to work immediately
