We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to serve as a Partner Technical Advisor (PTA) — a critical, service delivery–focused role responsible for enabling frontline engineering excellence across enterprise support vendors. This individual will act as a subject matter expert and coach for high-volume Azure cloud services, driving technical readiness, operational compliance, and world-class support experience.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Core Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a technical coach and SME for Delivery Partner (DP) engineers and advocates.
  • Partner with Support Delivery Managers and training teams to address readiness gaps and disseminate learnings across global teams.
  • Oversee case management including escalation handling, technical reviews, triage, and process wellness.
  • Create and deliver readiness content for internal and partner teams.
  • Collaborate reactively and proactively across teams to resolve complex support scenarios.
  • Identify supportability trends, conduct case pattern analysis, and implement proactive support improvements.
  • Support deployment and release readiness for Delivery Partners.
  • Recommend and drive process / tooling innovations in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure operational excellence in frontline technical or sales operations oversight for Delivery Partners.

Optional Responsibilities (as applicable to line of business) :

  • Analyze and report on frontline operations metrics and participate in rhythm-of-business reviews (WBR / QBR / MBR).
  • Represent DP in product triages and escalation approval processes.
  • Accelerate speed-to-competency for partner resources through technical mentorship.
  • Participate in hiring and technical interviews for PTA roles.
  • Occasionally engage directly with customers to support escalated or complex cases.
  • Lead or contribute to internal knowledge-sharing communities across delivery roles.
  • WHAT YOU BRING

    Required :

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • 7+ years of experience in customer support, cloud solution development, or software troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in Azure PaaS services such as Redis Cache, Service Fabric, Event Hub, Azure Batch, and others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Experience with DNS and network troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools like Fiddler, Network Monitor, or Message Analyzer.
  • Preferred :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with a proven record of driving team success.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Experience navigating complex customer interactions and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
