Job Summary :
The Finance and HR Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Finance and Human Resources departments. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate employee records, assisting in vendor coordination, expense monitoring, and supporting HR systems integration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Human Resources Support :
Assist in organizing and scheduling employee orientations and onboarding activities.
Follow up on employee requirements to ensure timely submission and compliance.
Help manage logistics and documentation for onboarding and offboarding activities.
Assist in encoding employee records and updating the HR system, including Sprout integration.
Maintain organized and confidential employee files (both digital and physical).
Finance and Administrative Support :
Assist the Finance and Admin Manager in preparing reports, monitoring expenses, and encoding financial data.
Monitor payables and help ensure timely processing of payments.
Source vendors, request and follow up on quotations, and assist in vendor documentation.
Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document consolidation, and scanning.
Carry out any other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
