We are expanding our team and seeking a Medical Representative who is driven, adaptable, and capable of multitasking diverse responsibilities in a dynamic healthcare industry.What you'll be doingBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, to understand their needs and introduce CABCARE PHARMA's products.Achieving and exceeding sales targets by effectively promoting the company's products and securing new business opportunities.A multitasking role involves promoting the company's products, booking and delivering the products, and ensuring the collection of sold items.Plan and manage daily schedules, appointments, and territory visits efficiently.Collaborating and coordinating closely with the team to develop and implement sales strategies and to ensure a smooth customer service delivery.Maintaining accurate records of visits and reporting on sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence.What we're looking forA bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as life sciences, pharmacy, or business management.Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical sales or medical representative role, preferably within the healthcare industry.Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales target.Strong multitasking ability with excellent organizational and communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and ability to work with minimal supervision.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel in the assigned territories.What we offerCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentivesCar plan program for 5 yearsHealth care benefitsOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.About usCABCARE PHARMA is a local pharmaceutical company based in Cagayan de Oro City.
