Ensure voluntary events are set-up accurately in the Corporate Actions Console for Portfolio Managers to elect on.Checking custodian websites for new deals and / or cutoffs.
Daily check on trade activity on pending voluntary corporate actionsPayments check before and after corporate actions processing to make sure events are paid by the custodians and were reflecting accurately and as expected without errors.Prepare and complete 302 Letters on eligible accounts for AS onshore team to review, sign, and ship to banks.Proxy voting on the ISS website when necessarySecurity Master
Review and resolve breaks between vendors and updating security attributes accurately in Security Master Console.Support CNH Group by creating shell las for when-issued bonds and IPO / SPAC securities, monitoring final market Mantillas and updating in Security Master Console as necessaryResolve missing prices and unmapped constituents on our benchmark service.Security ValuationDaily review and reconciliation of end-of-day pricing exceptions of the firm's assets (equities, fixed income, futures, IRS, CDS, etc)Daily review and resolving of price differences of vendor to vendor above thresholdChallenge submission to vendor / s for price affirmation / updatePricing update on back to front offices system due to variances, or as requested by other teamsSubmission of valuation proposal for seventies using different pricing methodologies (DLOM, intrinsic value, etc.)that aren't actively pricing in the market
Responds to queries from internal or external parties when necessaryQualificationKnowledge of corporate actions in both international and domestic securities (dividends, mergers, etc.)
Knowledge of various security types and their relevant security attributes
Comfortable working in rapidly changing, team-based work environment

Can work with mínimal supervision and deliver high quality output
With multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Must be proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, a team player and knows how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics.
Experience in Security Valuation is preferred
Willing to report on a night shift
Education and Experience
Should have 1-2 years of relevant working experience
Experience in using Bloomberg and / or Reuters platforms is an advantage
