Field Commercial Executive - Sales (North, Central Luzon)This role aims to provide the best customer experience outside the traditional BPI facilities, targeting new-to-bank customers through agency partnerships.
It involves conceptualizing and implementing local client acquisition and sales strategies in collaboration with partner segments, products, and platforms.
The role also includes conducting presentations and campaigns to acquire new-to-bank customers.Responsibilities : Implement mass acquisition efforts to attract new-to-bank customers.Acquire accounts via area mapping activities and related sales initiatives, focusing on products such as digital account opening, Vybe, retail loans, insurance, credit cards, PL, P2M, EWA, and Bizko.Develop local sales and client acquisition strategies in partnership with product, platform, and segment teams.Conduct worksite activities and presentations for customer acquisition.Manage administrative tasks related to onboarding new customers.Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Banking & Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or Economics.At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition.Skills required : Presentation, Communication, Negotiation, and Strategic Marketing.Seniority level : Mid-Senior levelEmployment type : Full-timeJob function : Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
