Help customers by assisting them with their enquiries, helping them with tech and troubleshooting
Troubleshoot technical faults, remotely controlling equipment, recording and logging calls and other administrative duties
Acknowledge, resolve, and record parker complaints and escalate any unresolved issues.
Ensure all relevant databases are correctly and efficiently set up with car park data so that no operational delays occur.
Collect payments from customers who have one or more breach notices
Monitor and update data on the system.
Amenable to work shifting schedules, graveyard shifts, holidays, and weekends in St. Francis Square, Mandaluyong City
Three to twelve months of experience in the same profession or one year of experience in a customer-facing profession is required.
Advanced computer literacy and data entry skills are a must
Above-average salary
