Responsibilities : Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities and equipment are operational and safe.Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repairs with contractors and vendors (e.g., HVAC, lifts, plumbing, electrical).Maintain inventory and restock supplies such as pantry and washroom items.Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot facility issues as needed.Assist in planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules.Ensure office, meeting rooms, and shared spaces are clean and fully functional.Carry out safety inspections, identify workplace hazards, and support compliance with safety procedures.Monitor, test, and coordinate maintenance of fire safety equipment and organize fire drills.Manage relationships with vendors for cleaning, pest control, security, and waste management, including tracking contracts and service quality.Support facility improvement projects and perform other operational or administrative tasks as assigned.Requirements : Minimum ITE qualification in Building Services, Facilities Management, or related discipline.1–2 years' experience in facilities or safety management.Basic understanding of building maintenance, workplace safety, and fire safety regulations.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with facilities management tools or certifications (e.g., FSM, WSHO) is advantageous but not mandatory.Michael GohR25140366
