Job description

TELEPHONE OPERATOR

To provide exceptional front desk services through the efficient handling of incoming calls, guest complaints & requests, and food and beverage orders.

Job Specifications :

At least College level of education
With Telephone Operator experience is an advantage
Willing to be assigned in HOTEL EROTEL - Boracay Branch

Working Conditions :

Hotel based, stationed at the reception area.

Works in shifting schedule
