Job description
  • NO EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
  • APPLICANTS FROM PORAC, PAMPANGA ARE PREFERRED
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Can perform basic MS Excel Functions / Tech Savvy
  • Fast learner
  • Willing to render OVERTIME for timesheet clarifications during payroll day
  • Willing to monitor on-site (field work) to check actual working hours of workers
  • MUST BE WILLING TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING TASKS
  • Preparation of weekly employee timesheets
  • Checking of workers' activities on-site then encode on timesheet
  • Preparation of overtime forms
  • Filing and compiling all soft copies of attendances, biometrics logs, timesheets, etc.
  • Roving on-site / field work to check actual working hours and site designation of workers
  • Rendering of overtime every Thursday and Fridays to assist with payroll preparation and accommodating workers' concerns during disbursement of salary
  • Other works as needed

  • From Php11,700.00 per month

    • Schedule :

    • 10 hour shift
    • 8 hour shift

      • Supplemental Pay :

    • 13th month salary
    • Overtime pay

      • COVID-19 considerations :

      Wear face mask at all times; Must be fully vaccinated with 1st booster.
