Job description

Registered and Licensed Architect - Member of good standing of the United Architects of the Philippines is preferred. - With 2-5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, planning, and / or construction. - Preferably with experience in local projects that comply with the National Building Code of the Philippines, zoning ordinances and other relevant regulations. - Proficient in : AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (BIM), Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign, Rendering tools such as Lumion, V-Ray, or Twinmotion Design architectural plans and concepts for buildings and structures Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications Ensure compliance with Philippine building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality Oversee construction to ensure adherence to design, budget, and timeline Provide solutions to design and structural challenges during project execution Incorporate sustainable and cost-effective design principles Manage project documentation and permits
