Qualifications : - Bachelor's Degree - 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in payroll processing, HR Operations and office administration - Experience in payroll software and HR Information Systems (HRIS) - Familiarity with labor laws, tax regulations, and employee benefits and administrations Job Descriptions : - Manage employee relations for outsourced employees, addressing concerns, grievances, and resolving conflicts in alignment with company policies. - Handle timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and payroll processing ensuring accuracy and payroll compliance - Maintain and update 201 files and other necessary employee documentation ensuring all records are accurate and compliant with labor laws - Draft and issue notices such as NTE and disciplinary actions, based on incidents report, work performance, and behavioral issues of outsourced employees - Assist with exit process, including clearances and ensure all company property is returned - Ensure legal compliance for labor standards - Coordinate with finance for payroll disbursement and DTR for outsourced employees. - Initiate company activities and engagement for outsourced employees and directly employed under the company.
