We closely work with nursing and medical assistance schools to give our clients and candidates access to a vast network of job and candidate opportunities.US Healthcare Recruitment - Sales ExecutiveWe are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Telesales Executives to contribute to generating clients for our healthcare staffing solutions .

You will be responsible for generating leads closing recruitment partnerships over the phone and video and maintaining good customer relationships .An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have s uperior people skills .

They must be comfortable presenting staffing and recruitment solutions over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

The goal is to drive FIND HealthCareers by bringing in new clients such as healthcare networks, and care agencies as well as facilities such as independent living, group homes and assisted living and developing business.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnalysis of healthcare markets, create and maintain target lists of potential clientsContact potential or existing decision-makers to inform them about staffing servicesPerforming requirements analysis' to precisely understand customer requirementsPitch our solutions to potential clients and create and close staffing agreementsWork in tandem with our recruiters to precisely match candidates to job requirementsDirect prospects to key account executives when neededHandle objections to positively manage the company's reputationGo the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future salesKeep records of calls and sales and note useful informationRequirements and SkillsProven experience as a telesales executive,especially in a staffing agency catering to US marketsProven track record of successfully meeting quota preferably over the phoneAbility to quickly learn and adapt to different markets, focused on staffing and recruitment of healthcare professionalsExceptional knowledge of English is essentialExcellent communication and high emotional intelligenceGood knowledge of relevant sales & recruitment tools such as RecruitCRM and Greenhouse ATSSolid experience using the Google G-Suite as well as softphones such as GoTo VoiceOutstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsBSc / BA will be a plusWhat we offerA solid base salary including variable commission and benefits such as HMO for you and your dependentsThe opportunity to work in people-focused sales, with exposure to important decision-makers in the US healthcare marketA remote job, however candidate must reside in the NCR.Create a Job AlertInterested in building your career at FIND HealthCareers?
