Maintaining a working knowledge of all in-house facilities and hours of operation, daily activities and area attractions

• Assist guests with any questions they may have regarding the various services and amenities offered throughout the resort
• Escort guests to their rooms as required and explain room features and amenities
• Assist customers in lobbies and lanes
• Assist customers with luggage upon arrival to the curb
• Completing parking forms to include physical vehicle inspection
• Provide guests with general questions and assistance when Concierge is not available
• You will be escorting and orienting the guest to the front desk for check-in
• Upon check-in, you will escort the guests and their luggage to their room
