Job Description
Office Flex is a permanent Work From Home and includes Fiber Internet, Backup Internet, UPS, PC / Laptop.
Maintain and record daily financial transactions.
Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately.
Verifying and making sure that all transactions are recorded in the supplier's ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
Balances general ledger by reconciling entries and preparing a trial balance.
Established historical records and filing systems.
Preparation of financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
Complies with federal state and local legal requirements.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing needed results.
Qualifications And Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or any related field.
With proven experience working as a Bookkeeper in a BPO company handling AU clients for a minimum of 1 year.
Well-versed in accounting principles and understanding of accounting practices.
Able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.
Excellent organizing abilities.
Efficiency in using MS Office and Google Apps.
Good communication skills.
Proficient in using Xero.
