Create Scripts to

• Monitor and manage
• Servers and services,Databases and networks,Active DirectoriesStorage and VMware systemsSNMP devices

Manage automation process with ConnectWise RMM platformCreate notifications based on clients, type of systems, and severity of alerts

Create and customize internal and client reports

A college degree / diploma in a related field and RMM experience

Operating Systems and services

Simple Network Management Performance (SNMP)

Network switches and routers

Troubleshooting process

Report-making and presentation

Planning and execution

Can create custom scripts using PowerShell, Linux and Visual Basic

Can communicate, plan and present ideas clearly

Can multi-task, works well alone or with a team, needs mínimal supervision, trustworthy, detail-oriented, adaptable, can pass background checks
