WHAT IS A BROKER SUPPORT

Our awesome client, a leadingcompany based in Australia is looking for a Broker Support to be part of their team.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

complete fact-find with client where required

perform pricing requests, serviceability calculations, funds to complete calculations, stamp duty calculations, LMI calculations

order valuations and follow up to get valuation report

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience in a mortgage broker administration position managing end-to-end loan processing for about 1-2 years is desirable

Home loans - OFI Refinances

Internal refinance (top up / increase / cash out)

Variations - Security swap

Land & construction with progress claim management

SMSF - Asset & equipment finance

High attention to detail & accuracy of data input

Strong inter-personal skills with proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders

Strong numeracy skills

A professional can-do approach
