Job description
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, supply chain management, e-commerce and other related majors;
  • More than 3 years of customer service team management experience in e-commerce industry, proficient in e-commerce process;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, strong logical thinking skills, good at analyzing problems;
  • Emotional stability, can lead the customer service team independently, can empower the team, and has strong team building management ability;
  • Proficient in the use of office software, strong document editing and data processing, analysis and summary skills

    Strong ability to resist pressure, strong sense of responsibility, closed-loop management of work, cope with changing work rhythm, strong ability to adjust
