Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule :
20 hours / week, Monday - Friday 9 am - 1 pm
Responsibilities :
- Interact with clients to collect information for forming business entities including LLCs and corporations
- Perform basic drafting using form template agreements
- Prepare advanced legal documents including employment agreements and asset purchase agreements
- Support client intake processes primarily through email communication
- Respond to service inquiries received through the company website
- Manage introductions and referrals from other parties introducing potential clients
- Enter and maintain client information in Salesforce practice management software
- Update case records in Salesforce as deals progress, adding participants such as other lawyers, realtors, and involved parties
- Handle professional communications via phone, email, SMS, and video calls
