RESPONSIBILITIES : - Process permits, clearances, passes, and other documents required by banks, government offices, and other entities. - Deliver and collect billing invoices, receipts, and other necessary documents efficiently. - Conduct transactions and deposit payments securely and accurately. - Adaptability to work with different types of job orders from various departments within the organization. - Must be willing to drive to assigned locations as required. - Possess knowledge of traffic rules and regulations to ensure safe and timely travel. - Proficient in using navigation apps such as Google Maps and Waze to optimize travel routes. - Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS : - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in relevant field is a plus. - Prior experience in document processing, courier services, or related fields preferred. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in basic computer applications and navigation tools. - Valid driver's license (4-wheels) with a clean driving record. - Willing to work on-site in Molino, Bacoor City, Cavite
