  • Responsibilities

Support our Australian residential internet, mobile phone or home phone customers with billing and account queries

Resolve customer issues by telephone

Servicing existing customers and cross-selling based on their needs

Provide excellent customer service

  • Job Requirements
  • 6-12 months' Telecommunications BPO Experience is preferred.

    Excellent customer service attitude

    Above average English communication skills Proficiency in English verbal and written skills is a must

    Process-oriented with attention to detail

    Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills

    Friendly, positive manner and great at establishing rapport with customers

    Experience with billing, credit card payments or financial matters is desired

    Experience with a telecommunications or mobile account is an advantage
