This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for Accounts Receivable Operations Analysts.

To succeed in this role you must have the following :

Reporting. W eekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor. Able to build ad-hoc reporting utilizing NetSuite and Excel

Team Planning. Participate in team planning meetings. Team player able to assist where needed. Meet defined department goals and activity metrics

Netsuite Experience. Must have NetSuite experience

To succeed in this role you must have the following :

2-3 years high volume B2B collections & deductions / dispute experience

Must be an Accounting Graduate

Must have a Netsuite experience

Desired Qualifications :

Knowledge of Collections, Cash Applications, and Billing procedures. B2B collections & deductions / dispute experience

Customer Service and Communication Skills - Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.  Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities

Analytical and Reporting skills - Ability to generate reports and using Excel (vlookup, pivots etc) for a key HR programs on a recurring basis, also responsible for ad hoc reporting and analysis. Good at using Microsoft Office Excel

Strong attention to detail goal-oriented

Willing to work on night shift

Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
