The Opportunity
This role will support all areas of the Global People team, Finance, Company Secretary and any other stakeholders with data analysis and people reporting.
The role will be a point of contact for all data access and ad-hoc reporting requests, managing the governance and process for sharing data both internally and externally.
This role will support scheduled and ad hoc compensation and benefits management activities, including gender pay gap statutory reporting and annual compensation and benefits cycles.
The role will lead data governance within global HRIS by understanding the data in Workday and being able to undertake data housekeeping and auditing to identify inaccuracies and ensure they are corrected.
Key Accountabilities :
Support the Global People team in collating, validating, and analysing key people data to provide insights and assist in decision making.
Support the HRBP community with people related data as and when required, including building models to support the analysis of large data sets and costings in relation to organisational change.
Support the Talent Development team with data requests, building dashboard and insight analysis to support their talent initiatives and review of effectiveness.
Work with Finance to provide data sets and reports to support their budgeting / headcount and reconciliation processes. Respond to ad-hoc requests from Finance to support budgeting and accruals processes and analysis.
Housekeeping and auditing of the data in Workday.
Ensure that datasets within Workday and Power BI dashboards are relevant and accurate.
Provide data to support annual compensation activities, such as pay review and bonus payments.
Provide data to support annual benefits cycles, including benefits renewals.
Manager the People Data risk register and associated actions.
Support with the calculations for statutory reports, including the following :
Gender Pay Gap
Office for National Statistics Requests
Data pertaining to the annual report such as CEO Pay Ratios and Remuneration Tables
Statutory diversity reporting such as Parker Review and FTSE Women Leaders Review in conjunction with the Company Secretary
To be the first point of contact for ad hoc People related reporting requirements.

CEO Pay Report
CEO – Monthly People Update Report
Workday Report – Audit
Monthly Apprentice Report
Minimum Requirements :
Experience pulling People Team related reports and creating dashboards in Workday
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate reporting and valuable data analysis and insights.
Ability to extract and present data in a user-friendly way to convey a key message.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Experience using MS Power BI.
Good knowledge of Data Governance principles.
Prior experience in a large, multinational complex organisation.
Good interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills and the ability to interact with users at all levels.
Problem-solving skills, critical thinker and quick learner.
